On June 22nd, Kzone completed the shipment and successfully moved in the process equipment for 8K ultra high definition display, despite the severe impact of the epidemic and tight supply chain. At present, the equipment has been positioned, and the horizontal debugging of the mechanism and the connection of the power pipeline are ongoing.

       This project was determined at the end of 2021. With the recurrence of the COVID-19 in the first half of 2022, the life, health and safety of employees were threatened, the procurement cycle was also affected, and the equipment was short of materials, logistics was blocked, and there were many difficulties; On the other hand, due to the customer's demand for a new product production cycle, mass production needs to be carried out in advance, and the customer's products and technology are relatively advanced, with higher requirements for equipment functionality and accuracy, cleanliness, and yield. Therefore, it is necessary to build a "0" Particle with the highest level of QUD+"Pure World" factory. The delivery of this project has been severely tested and is almost impossible.

       In order to assist customers in ramping up production capacity and laying the foundation for their new products next year, defy the impossible. Kzone Equipment has undergone triple optimization throughout the entire project process: 

       1. Pay attention to details in the design, avoid dust accumulation links, dust accumulation materials, and dust accumulation structures. For structures that cannot be avoided, all should be covered with anti dust accumulation measures;

       2、In terms of assembly environment, comprehensively deepen 6s management, further improve the wearing, production, and behavior standards of dust-free workshops, and ensure the cleanliness of equipment production environment；

       3、Continuously optimize and improve cleaning methods, striving to achieve optimization in every detail。

       Through the collaboration and unremitting efforts of multiple departments, Jingzhou Equipment has overcome the obstacles caused by the epidemic, completed the equipment shipment within the customer's required time, and successfully moved in. This project is being moved in to assist customers in completing the construction of the "0" Particle's highest level QUD+"Pure World" factory, making it impossible. It is a manifestation of the digitalization and standardization of the management mode for the newly built wet process intelligent equipment production base in K'zone.
